Pack Holiday Party

The holiday season is fast approaching, making it time to prepare for our annual Pack 14 Holiday Party on Sunday December 8, 3:00-5:00 at St. Marks Episcopal Church on Barton Hills Drive. We will have a group presentation followed by 3 activity stations for the scouts and their Akela to participate in together.

One: We will start with a religious presentation for the pack as a whole. Every year we invite a follower of one of the world’s religions to educate us and help us learn about their beliefs and traditions. Then we will divide into three groups and rotate through the following stations:
Two: Cookie Decorating (and Eating).
Three: Service Project- Make Holiday Cards for Dell Children’s Hospital Patients. In a soon to follow email we will send out a wish-list for this particular hospital unit.
Four: Playground Snowball Fight.

CubScouts is a 100% volunteer organization. Please sign-up to run a station and help us make this another successful and memorable event for everyone. We have roles for stations and for families to bring cookies, icing, and cardstock. We also appreciate any volunteers to help clean up after the event. Lastly, there will be 2 water coolers, but we ask that you please bring your own full water bottle. Thank you so much and we look forward to another fun and festive annual Holiday Party!! To sign up to bring supplies or volunteer at the stations, please go to the google doc at this link.
